How Arch Numeris collects, holds, and uses personal information.

Arch Numeris (“we”, “us”) operates archnumeris.com. This page explains what we collect and why. We are based in India and handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Contact form — your name, email address, and the message you send. We keep this so we can reply.
  • Admin session — if you sign in to the CMS, a session cookie (an_session) keeps you logged in. It is essential and cannot be declined.
  • Technical logs — IP address and user agent may appear in server logs for security and debugging, then age out with the hosting provider’s retention.

We do not run advertising pixels or third-party analytics on this site.

How we use it

  • To answer messages you send through the contact form.
  • To operate the administrative CMS for the people who write the journal.
  • To keep the site secure and available.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Hosting is provided by Railway, which processes data on our behalf to run the site and its database. When bookings and paid reports launch, payment details will be handled by Razorpay; we will not store full card or UPI credentials.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to correspond with you, then deleted. Admin session cookies last up to 30 days. You can ask us to delete a contact record by writing to the same address you used in the form, or via the contact page.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period.
